📢 Eligibility: The Trabalhinho platform is strictly intended for users over 18 years of age and legally established companies. We do not intentionally collect data from children or adolescents.

2.2 Third-Party Authentication Service Data (Logins)
To facilitate your access, we use authentication services from trusted partners. When you use them, we collect:
- Google Sign-In: When you log in using your Google account, we receive your unique Google identifier, name, email address, and publicly configured profile picture.

- Firebase SMS Authentication: When you log in via SMS, the Firebase service (a Google platform) collects and processes your phone number and sends a temporary verification code. Firebase may also collect technical device data to prevent SMS fraud and spam.
2.3 Financial, Billing, and Collection Data
To enable payment intermediation, balance management, the issuance of refunds, and the collection of platform administration fees (as detailed in the Terms of Use), we collect:
- Client Data: Billing data, CPF or CNPJ (mandatory for the issuance of bank slips), Pix keys, or credit card information (processed in an encrypted format by payment partners) for integrated payments. We also collect the transaction history and balance of your internal digital wallet, which is used to receive refund credits and pay for new services or purchases.

- Provider/Company Data: Bank details and Pix keys to process payouts and transfers; balance history, top-ups, and transactions of the platform's internal virtual wallet, which is used to monitor and deduct fees owed to the platform.
2.4 Usage and Device Information
We automatically collect data on how you use our platform ("Usage Data") for diagnostic, user experience improvement, and security purposes:
- The unique Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device;
- The type and version of your browser or operating system;
- Unique identifiers for your electronic device;
- Which pages or screens of Trabalhinho you visit, as well as the date, time, and total time spent.
2.5 Tracking Data and Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand your interactions with our platform. You can choose to accept or reject cookies in your browser settings, keeping in mind that rejecting them may affect the correct functioning of certain parts of our website.

3. How Is Your Information Used by Us?
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and allow secure access to the application and website via Google or Firebase SMS;
- To enable contact, connection, customer service chat, and service scheduling between Clients and Providers;
- To process financial transactions, manage payout requests from professionals (respecting the minimum withdrawal limit of R$ 15.00), and automate the release of balances upon client confirmation or the expiration of the 10-calendar-day period established in the Terms of Use;
- To process refund requests to the client's bank account within a period of up to 10 business days, or to immediately make the corresponding credit available in the internal digital wallet, depending on the user's choice;
- To manage the billing of operational fees, process wallet top-ups for remittances, and apply the 5% retention on operational refunds to cover payment gateway costs;
- To identify defaulting profiles and abusive cancellation patterns to apply contractual sanctions, such as account suspension or permanent blocking;
- To optimize, personalize, and continuously enhance the functionalities of the website and application;
- To quickly diagnose technical failures, fix bugs, and prevent security frauds;
- To communicate directly with the user to send important updates, invoices, news, and automated alerts regarding fee remittance deadlines.
4. Information Sharing
How we protect and collaborate with partners:
- Between Platform Users: To enable the rendering of home or business services, essential data such as name, mobile phone number, and the address where the activity will take place will be shared between the connected Client and Provider.

- Infrastructure and Authentication Providers: We share and process data with Google LLC (through Google Sign-In and Firebase services) to enable registration routines, SMS account validation, and data hosting.

- Financial Intermediation: Payment and banking data are securely processed and shared with our partner third-party payment gateways and processors.

- Legal Compliance: We disclose information when required by law, in response to judicial processes, legitimate requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Your Rights, Options, and Account Deletion (LGPD)
Management of data collection and user control:
- Account Deletion: Any user (client or professional) may request the deletion of their account through the application menu. However, the permanent deletion of the profile and the elimination of history remain strictly conditional upon the absence of pending debts, open disputes, or debit balances with Trabalhinho.

- Data Subject Rights: In addition to requesting deletion, you have the right to request confirmation of the processing of your data, access to it, or the correction of incomplete or outdated data.

- Statutory Data Retention: Data related to financial transactions, invoices, refunds, remittances, and the history of intermediation fees owed or paid to the platform may be kept in our files for the legal period required by tax and anti-fraud legislation before its permanent deletion.

- Unlinking Accounts: You can revoke Trabalhinho's access to your Google Account directly through the security panel of your personal Google account.
6. Data Security
Our commitment to information protection:
- Protective Measures: We adopt reasonable technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect the information we collect against loss, theft, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access.

- Limitations of the Digital Environment: Despite all our efforts and the implementation of strict security protocols (including the protection layers provided by the Google/Firebase infrastructure), no data transmission system over the internet is 100% infallible. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we mitigate risks continuously.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- Updates: Our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements.
